founder & CEO, [we do your events]

my 19 year career as a gymnast, and my experience as a Division I athlete in the NCAA, taught me a valuable lesson that I have carried with me well beyond sports. whether the goal is a perfect 10.0 on the balance beam or a seamless attendee experience, the path to success starts with asking one simple question: how can we do this better?

in the events industry, I have helped coordinate trade shows hosting 6,000+ attendees, while also supporting smaller associations with their events and meeting planning. I worked as a full-service meeting planner before branching off to launch my own business focused on specialized registration support.

beyond events, I have created video and social content for brands like Nike, Walmart and Samsung, color-commentated NCAA gymnastics for BTN+, and worked alongside the Colorado State University sports media team on broadcasting and cinematography.

whether you are hosting a board meeting or planning a conference, registration is your attendees' first impression of your event. I started [we do your events] because I saw a gap: companies and associations needed a way to hand off the technical side of the registration build to specialists, so they could stay focused on the big picture, which is event design, sponsor relationships, and the things only they can do.

"we stay in the weeds so you can breathe the fresh air."

how we work

four things we are stubborn about

you keep your platform and your data

we build on your license, not ours. when a project ends you keep the build, the data and documentation of how it was set up. nothing about this arrangement should be hard to leave.

project pricing, not an hourly meter

the price is set by the scope in your contract. that means asking a question does not cost you anything, which is the only way a client actually tells you the thing you needed to know.

real help from a real person

no ticket queue, no chatbot, no escalation path. you email or call, and the person who built your event answers you.

we will tell you when we are the wrong answer

sometimes the right advice is a different platform, a smaller scope, or doing it yourself in studio. saying so costs us one project and is worth more than pretending.

the software side

we also built the tools we wanted

doing this work inside other people's platforms for long enough produces strong opinions about what is missing. [we do your events] builds and runs wdye studio, the event site and attendee app product we use ourselves on client work.

what studio is, and when to use it

where we are

denver, colorado. the work is remote, so the events we support are all over the united states.
