the tech parts of your event, handled
four services. you can take one of them for a single event, or all four for your whole calendar. either way you keep your platform, your data and your brand. we just do the part you have been putting off.
our services
registration setup
the full build, from a blank event shell to a tested registration path you can send to 5,000 people without flinching. forms, pricing tiers, member and non-member rates, session selection, capacity limits, discount codes, waivers, payment settings and confirmation emails.
- built in your platform, on your license
- tested with real test registrations before launch
- handed over with notes your team can actually follow
registration management
the part nobody quotes for. once registration is open, someone has to answer the attendee who registered twice, move the person who switched sessions, refund the cancellation and pull the report your board asked for on a friday. that someone can be us.
- attendee changes, substitutions and cancellations
- data cleanup so your final list is actually usable
- reporting on the schedule you need it
event web page design & creation
most registration platforms include a website builder, and most of those websites look like it. we design a page that reflects your brand, puts the agenda and the hotel block where people can find them, and moves the visitor into registration without a detour.
- designed to match your brand, not the template
- agenda, speakers, venue, travel and FAQs in one place
- wired to registration and tested on a phone
speaker management
forty speakers, four deadlines, one email thread that nobody can find. we run collection through a portal instead: bios, headshots, session titles and descriptions, A/V needs, disclosures and slide decks, with the reminders sent by us and not by you.
- a portal each speaker gets a personal link to
- we chase the stragglers, you stay the good guy
- clean agenda data handed to your site and app
how an engagement runs
four steps, no mystery
a discovery call
we ask what the event is, who registers, what they pay, what has gone wrong before, and what platform you are already on. thirty minutes, no deck.
a scope and a fixed price
you get a written scope of exactly what we will build and what it costs. pricing is project-based, so the number does not move because a build took longer than we thought.
we build, you review
we work inside your platform on your license. you get a test link and click through the whole path as a real registrant before anything goes public.
launch, then whatever you need next
some clients take the keys at launch. some keep us on through the event for management. both are normal, and you decide which after you have seen the build.
who this is for
you probably recognise yourself here
associations
member and non-member pricing, early bird tiers, CE sessions, a board that wants a report, and a staff of four. the registration build is a month of somebody's life and it should not be yours.
independent planners & agencies
you win the client, you do not want to hire a full-time platform specialist to service them. bring us in on the build, keep the relationship and the margin, take on more clients.
corporate & internal events
a sales kickoff, a training week, a user conference. you have the platform through procurement and nobody internally has time to learn it properly before the invite goes out.
platforms
we work in your software
we have specialized experience in EventSquid, Swoogo, Stova and eventPower. if your platform is not on that list, it is very rarely a problem. the hard part of this work is the thinking, not the buttons.
you might be wondering …
the practical questions
how do you charge?
project-based, priced by the scope of services in your contract. no hourly meter, so nobody has to feel bad about asking a question.
do we need to buy your software?
no. the default is that we work inside the platform you already pay for, on your license. wdye studio exists for people who do not have a platform and do not want to buy an enterprise one, but it is an option, not a requirement.
who owns the data and the build?
you do. it is your platform account, your attendee data and your build. when the project ends you keep all of it, along with documentation of how it was set up.
how far ahead do you need to start?
more is better, but we have built and launched registration in a week when the calendar demanded it. tell us the date you need to open and we will tell you honestly whether it is doable.
can you fix a build somebody else started?
yes, and it is a large part of what we do. we will audit what exists, tell you what is salvageable, and quote the repair separately from any rebuild.
we do, so you don't have to
tell us the event, the platform and the date. we will tell you what we would take off your plate and what it costs.
